Purpose & Goals
Knowledge: The pursuit of knowledge in and out of the classroom is crucial to ones full development.
Courage: Members strive to have the courage to stand up for what they believe is right.
Respect: One must respect themselves, their family, their friends, their surroundings, their community, every culture and other organizations.
Herencia (heritage): One must know their beginnings in order to know where they truly want to go in life. Live and learn with the past, while keeping the future of humanity in mind.
Leadership: One will push oneself to develop into a leader for the community he will serve once his student career is over.
Service: We all understand that we are the privileged few who made it to a place of higher learning, thus will be aware of the happenings around us, always alert and ready to help.
Social: We understand that the rigors of academia and life, need to be equilibrated with social outlets.
La Mujer: We understand that we are not all equal, and our pursuit of knowledge and support for a women's struggle is crucial to overcoming oppression.
Dynasty of brothers: To create a supportive, strong, successive network of students and alumni.
